How to login with Mobile BankID

1. Enter your personal identity number and choose Mobile BankID.
2. Click on Log in.
3. Start the BankID security app on your mobile device and enter the code you chose when you ordered Mobile BankID.
4. You are now logged in.

Why is Mobile BankID pre-selected when logging in?

Mobile BankID is the login method that more and more of our customers choose to use and is therefore pre-selected.

How do I log in with BankID if I have my BankID on a different device?

You can login with Mobile BankID even if your mobile BankID is installed on a different device, such as your mobile phone.
Follow these steps:

1. Enter your personal identity number and log in.
2. Choose Mobile BankID as your log in method.
3. Click on Log in.
4. Start the BankID security app in the device where your Mobile BankID is installed.
5. The BankID security app will now connect to the log in you have started.
6. Once you have started the BankID app, enter the code you chose when you ordered Mobile BankID.
7. You are now logged in.
   

I’ve forgotten my password to Mobile BankID, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your Mobile BankID, you need to block it and request a new one. You can order a new Mobile BankID Via your Internet bank or MobileBank.

Log in using your Security Token with the single-use code

1. Enter your personal identity number
2. Select Security token as login method
3. Click on Log in.
4. Start the Security token using the arrow button.
5. The Security token window opens for your PIN code.
6. Enter your personal PIN code.
7. ‘APPLI’ will appear in the window.
8. Select number 1.
9. The window in the Security token will display your single-use code.
10. Enter this in the single-use code field in your web browser.
11. Click on Log in.
12. You are now logged in.

Log in with your Security token and control number

1. Enter your personal identity number
2. Select Security token as login method
3. Click on Log in
4. Start the Security token using the arrow button.
5. "PIN" will appear in the window.
6. Enter your personal PIN code.
7. ‘APPLI’ will appear in the window.
8. Select number 2.
9. Enter the numbers displayed under the ‘Control number’ heading into the Security token.
10. The window in the Security token will display your response code.
11. Enter this number in the ‘Response code’ field.
12. Click on Log in.
13. You are now logged in.

My Security token is broken, what do I do?

If your Security token is broken, we will replace it with a new one. Bring the broken token to your closest branch office so that we can help you.

Follow these steps to log in with your BankID card

1. Put your BankID card into the card reader.
2. Enter your personal identity number.
3. Choose BankID card from the drop-down list as your log in method.
4. Click on continue.
5. Wait a moment while the software for the BankID opens in a separate window and enter your six-digit password (PIN code). If you use two pin codes for your BankID, enter your password (PIN code) for identification purposes.
6. Click on ‘I have identified myself’.
